Building the rhythm
Consistent incremental improvement doesn't happen accidentally. It requires a rhythm:
Weekly shipping: Something ships every week. Not necessarily a new feature — a performance improvement, a copy change, a flow simplification. The rhythm of shipping keeps everyone calibrated to what the product is and what it's becoming.
