How do I start working with Shipd?

Send a message through the contact form with a brief description of what you're building and what you need help with. We'll respond within a few hours to confirm scope and fit. If everything looks good, we schedule a 30-minute onboarding call to align on your stack, design system, and priorities — then set up your task board. You can start adding tasks the same day.

How long does onboarding take?

The onboarding call is 30 minutes. After that, your board is set up and ready. Most clients have their first task completed within 24–48 hours of the call.

How does the task queue work?

You add tasks to a shared Notion or Linear board whenever something needs to be built. Each task is worked on one at a time — we start on the next one as soon as the current one is approved. There's no limit on the number of tasks you can add to the backlog.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. If you're in a quiet period and don't have tasks to add, you can pause billing. Pausing stops your subscription and pauses billing until you resume. There's no minimum active period before you can pause.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No notice period, no cancellation fees, no awkward process. You keep access to everything already delivered.

What do Trial, Core, and Scale cost?

Trial is £500 one-off for one scoped task delivered within one week. Core is £3,500/month with one active task at a time. Scale is £5,500/month with two concurrent tasks and headroom for complex integrations.

What can I request?

Anything in the frontend layer: product UI, bug fixes, landing pages, admin tools, dashboards, performance, accessibility, and AI-backed interfaces where they fit your plan. Core emphasises standard integrations; Scale covers complex billing, OAuth, LLM pipelines, webhooks, and multi-tenant work.

Do you only work with Vue and Nuxt?

Primarily, yes. Our stack is Vue 3 + Nuxt 3 + TypeScript + Tailwind. We don't take React projects — not because we can't, but because we want to work at senior level in a stack we know deeply.
